Pitney Bowes Announcement

STAMFORD, Conn., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) announced that Matthew Kissner has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities effective December 31, 2004. He will remain available to provide consultative and transitional services as needed for up to six months. Kissner was most recently Executive Vice President and Group President of the company's Global Enterprise Solutions operations.
