Pitney Bowes Applauds House Passage of Postal Reform Legislation

          U.S. House of Representatives Overwhelmingly Approves Bill

STAMFORD, Conn., July 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) applauded today's action by the U.S. House of Representatives in approving postal reform legislation by an overwhelming majority. The vote for the legislation (H.R. 22) was 410-20.

     * Improves the Postal Service's tools to manage its business and
       employees.
