One Rupee A Day) – This is an ongoing collection drive by and for employees who donate a rupee every day for contributing food and items to orphanages and homes for the elderly. - Project Dhaarna – A program aimed at identifying specific development paths for women while simultaneously engaging men in gender conversations. A related initiative called ‘Mayeri’ provides working mothers with benefits including time off and developmental opportunities.
- The Pitney Bowes Startup Accelerator Program – Now in its third year, this program focuses on women entrepreneurs. Upon graduation, 50 percent of participating startups successfully raise their own funding.
