Pitney Bowes Customer Service Leaders to Speak at Field Service Conference April 7-10 in Tucson

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 2008--Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) has two featured speakers at Field Service 2008, April 7-10 in Tucson, Arizona. Ivin Smith, Vice President Customer Service and Worldwide Technical Support, Document Messaging Technologies and Rudy Chang, Vice President of Global Online Solutions.

Ivin Smith will deliver a presentation titled "Service Support Optimization - The Ten Golden Rules Revisited." The session, scheduled for 11:35 am on Tuesday, April 8, explains how to leverage people, processes and technology to maximize productivity and increase customer satisfaction. Rudy Chang will cover "Enabling the Transformation of the Call Center" during his presentation at 9:00 am on Monday, April 7.
