Panel Discussion Focuses on Long-term Partnership Between HR & Senior

STAMFORD, Conn., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) today announced that Chairman and CEO Michael J. Critelli and Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Johnna Torsone will lead a panel discussion at the Hunt-Scanlon annual Human Capital Advantage Forum: Emerging Strategies in Human Capital, a leading human resources conference, regarding collaboration between human resources and executive management. Their presentation will focus on the benefits to a company's bottom line when the CEO and Human Resources Officer work in concert to meet growth objectives and implement a leadership succession plan.
The conference takes place on October 15th and 16th at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. Mr. Critelli and Ms. Torsone will participate on the second day of the conference at 10:30 AM in a panel discussion titled: Establishing an Effective Long-Term Partnership Between HR & Senior Management.
Mr. Critelli and Ms. Torsone will participate in an exchange with conference delegates, moderated by Joanna Miller, Managing Director-Corporate Officers and Executive Assessment at Russell Reynolds Associates. They will share best practices on how to leverage executive management and HR relationships. The pair will also reference some of the challenges that Pitney Bowes faced in recent years, including transitioning the workforce in a changing marketplace, and the company's approach to attracting, retaining and developing talent and leadership.
