Pitney Bowes to Exhibit Leading-Edge Integrated Mail And Document Management Solutions at National Postal Forum

New Digital Mailing Systems Offer Access to Valuable New Services

Pitney Bowes (NYSE: PBI) will exhibit the mailing industry's most comprehensive array of integrated mail and document management solutions at the National Postal Forum, September 22 - September 25 in Boston.

On display at the Pitney Bowes booth, #720, will be the revolutionary DM Series(TM) line of mailing systems -- including the introduction of its flagship model, the DM 1000. The company will also introduce its DI Series(TM) inserting systems and the DeliverAbility(TM) enterprise package management solution. Also available for demonstration will be the Ascent(TM) and Arrival(TM) logistics and tracking solutions and secure mail-handling solutions, including Secure Scan(TM) and ImageAlert(TM).

Pitney Bowes will also exhibit their FlowMaster(TM) and Direct Mail 10 Series(TM) system solutions for the high volume professional mailer seeking a reduced cost per mail piece. In addition, the DFWorks(TM) portfolio of software solutions to manage the document factory either online or in the office will be on display. The demonstration will showcase the DFWorks Postage Accounting module, a postage funds management tool that can be integrated with the DM Series. Postage Accounting helps customers reset postage online or by phone, deploy charge-back accounting to ensure fiscal integrity and allocate postage funds as needed.

Also on exhibit will be Pitney Bowes D3(TM) digital document delivery solution; StreamWeaver(TM) 6.0.1, an advanced print stream engineering software that helps organizations reduce document production costs. In addition, MailCode, a Pitney Bowes company, will exhibit the Olympus(TM) II MT, a new multi-tier MLOCR mail sorter that can be customized with as few as 16 and as many as 480 pockets and processes 36,000 to 42,000 pieces of mail an hour depending on envelope size.
