Pitney Bowes to Present Leading Mailstream Solutions at 26th Annual MAILCOM Conference & Exhibition
STAMFORD, Conn., May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI), provider of the world's most advanced mailstream solutions, will showcase leading edge mail and document solutions at MAILCOM 2006, the world's largest convention for mail communications management, to be held in Atlantic City, May 9-12.

Pitney Bowes Global Mailstream Solutions will be unveiling and demonstrating its new DI380 OfficeRight(R) and DI425 FastPac(R) Series Inserting Systems, targeted to mid-volume mailers. Other featured mailstream products will include the DM550(TM) Mailing System and the DM1000(TM) Mailing System, which will be interfaced in a demonstration with the DI950 FastPac(R) Inserting System. Other featured GMS products will include a range of addressing solutions, such as the DA950 AddressRight(R) Addressing System, SmartMailer(TM) 7 Mail Management Software, and PB First(TM) Software. Delivery tracking and management solutions will include Arrival(R) Package Tracking and Delivery Management System and PB TMS, a solution for multi- carrier, multi-site transportation management. Value-added services demonstrated will include electronic return receipts for Certified Mail(TM).
Global Mailing Solutions and Services will be represented by PSI, which operates the nation's largest network of presort mail operating centers, and IMEX, the largest international mail expeditor in the U.S.
Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies (PBDMT) will showcase a new input interface designed to increase productivity and streamline operations for direct mail lettershops and service bureaus by integrating their existing stand-alone bindery process with Pitney Bowes high-speed inserters.
Visitors will see the Flexible Bindery Interface integrated with the FPS(TM) Flexible Productivity Series Inserter. It will be processing a folded, 1-page personalized direct mail application with integrity scanning and variable, high definition graphics and text printed on the envelope in real time. The application highlights Group 1 Software's data quality, business geographics, document composition and postal efficiency solutions, and also features Emtex's robust output print management solution.
