Company receives highest level granted to Clearwell Systems e-discovery service provider partners

STAMFORD, Conn., Aug 16, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The legal solutions division of Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) today announced it has become a Gold Certified Partner of Clearwell Systems, Inc., a leader in intelligent e-discovery. This status enables Pitney Bowes Legal Solutions (PBLS) to provide the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform to clients on a hosted basis and leverage the product for processing, analysis, review and production of electronically stored information for client cases.

As a Clearwell Systems Gold Certified Partner, PBLS has met a rigorous set of requirements and proven the expertise needed to help implement technologies that match their customers' needs. Partners of this status work closely with Clearwell for technical and marketing resources, training and support. Gold Partner status is the highest level in the Clearwell Systems Partner Program.
