Pitney Bowes Selected by Bangor Hydro for E-Billing
Pitney Bowes' D3(TM) solution allows businesses to enhance their current paper bill presentment systems with an electronic bill presentment and payment method for customers who prefer to view and pay bills online. D3 helps these businesses reduce document distribution costs and speed their presentment and payment processes. On average, customers using EBPP pay their bills nine days earlier than those using paper-based billing and payment, reducing float and thereby increasing revenue for the biller.
D3 is offered and supported by Pitney Bowes docSense, the leader in digital presentment software and hosting services. The docSense site-hosting service enables enterprises to seamlessly bridge paper and digital customer communications.
