REMINDER/ Postage downloaded from the Internet and printed from a PC and printer!

    --(BUSINESS WIRE)--
    REMINDER...(for Mon. Sept. 27)

This technology and recent developments will probably be the most discussed topic at this year's National Postal Forum, held in Chicago, Illinois at the Navy Pier, September 26-29, 1999.

While most of the focus for PC-based postage technology has been directed at the small office/home office market, Pitney Bowes, the world leader in mailing and messaging management, continues to explore all the possibilities of this promising technology. In fact, Pitney Bowes recently announced they are developing an enterprise version of PC-based postage technology, and they intend to test these solutions with key corporate customers to explore and identify the potential for this technology in enterprise-wide applications.

Much research and testing needs to be done before it is determined where and how PC-based postage technology can contribute to larger companies. And, Pitney Bowes says it will lead the development of this technology for all business mailing applications.

On Monday, September 27 at 5:15 PM, immediately following the close of the Postal Forum show, Pitney Bowes will hold a press briefing and working demonstration of its PC-based postage technology along with other electronic communication tools.

Drawing upon its unparalleled expertise in every mailing segment and its deep understanding of the mailing industry, Pitney Bowes will present its full suite of messaging solutions. Demonstrations will include the ClickStamp(TM) Systems for small businesses, enterprise PC-based postage concepts for mid-to-large size organizations and their leading edge systems for processing high volumes of mail in production mail environments.

We cordially invite you to attend this important and newsworthy event. Food and drink will be served. Please RSVP before Thursday, September 23, 1999. Please call or e-mail:
