GSA Agreement Provides Federal Agencies with Secure Mail and
                         Document Management Services

(NYSE: PBI) today announced that it has signed an agreement with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) that will make a broad array of enhanced mail and document management services available to federal agencies. By combining state of the art technology, personnel and propriety Standards and Best Practices, Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS) will enable government agencies to better serve the public by offering solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness, while helping them engineer the flow of their communications.

PBMS is the one of the few service providers offered through the GSA that offers federal agencies customized end-to-end secure mail services/solutions. Customized options include high-level on-site or off-site screening of suspicious packages and packages and parcels requiring signatures, and testing for dangerous contents or Anthrax.
