Critelli & Nolop Will Participate In 90-Minute Panel Discussion On
Leadership & Governance
STAMFORD, Conn., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Chairman and CEO Michael J. Critelli and Executive Vice President and CFO Bruce Nolop of Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) will participate this week at a national conference, co-hosted by Economist Conferences and CFO Executive Programs, which will address the collaborative relationship between CEOs and CFOs of leading global companies.
The CEO-CFO Dialogue Conference called Strategy to Synergy: Partnerships between Corporate Leaders, will take place on Wednesday, November 5th at the Metropolitan Club in New York City. Conference attendees will include CEOs and CFOs, as well as board members, of companies with annual sales that exceed $1 billion. The conference will highlight the principles and practices in shaping some of the most powerful CEO-CFO teams in global business and educate corporate leaders on how this executive relationship delivers long-term growth, builds global brands, and enhances shareholder value.
Critelli and Nolop will participate in a moderated, 90-minute panel discussion on leadership and corporate governance. Pitney Bowes' CEO-CFO team will offer insight on how to address some of the most important challenges facing business leaders at leading companies and share their first-hand experiences on how their successful, collaborative relationship has guided Pitney Bowes in recent years.

Mr. Critelli has been Chairman and CEO of Pitney Bowes since 1997. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Critelli served in various capacities at Pitney Bowes, including Vice Chairman, President -- Financial Services, Secretary and General Counsel, and Chief Personnel Officer. He has been awarded four U.S. patents for mailing technology. He received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from the Harvard Law School. He is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the National Urban League.
Mr. Nolop has been Chief Financial Officer at Pitney Bowes since January 2000 and is responsible for the company's worldwide financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations and internal audit. He is also responsible for corporate development activities at Pitney Bowes, including acquisitions, equity investments, and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, he spent 18 years as an investment banker and held executive positions with Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Mr. Nolop received a B.A. degree from the University of South Dakota, an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a J.D. degree from Stanford Law School.
