Pitney Bowes and The Alliance of Nonprofit Mailers To Host a Discussion on the Growing Value of Customer Communication Management and How to Best Leverage Communication Channels to Drive Membership Acquisition and Retention

Pitney Bowes and the Alliance of Nonprofit Mailers are hosting a thought leadership discussion on ways non-profit organizations can drive membership growth by focusing on Customer Communications Management (CCM). As part of the discussion, Doug King of the U.S. Postal Service will give a Postal Update; and Lynn Mento of AARP will talk about how her organization is using CCM to improve membership acquisition and retention.
