J. Steele Guilfoile and Robert
M. Dutkowsky to its board of directors, effective July 9, 2018.

The election of Ms. Guilfoile and Mr. Dutkowsky to the Pitney Bowes
board of directors will bring the total number of directors to 13. Ms.
Guilfoile will serve on the Finance and Audit Committees and Mr.
Dutkowsky will serve on the Governance and Compensation Committees.
Mary J. Steele Guilfoile
Mary J. Steele Guilfoile is the Chairman of MG Advisors, Inc., a
privately-owned financial services merger and acquisition advisory and
consulting services firm.
Ms. Guilfoile’s professional history includes 25 years on Wall Street
and another dozen years with professional service firms focused on Wall
Street. Her banking career was with JP Morgan Chase and its predecessor
companies, Chase Manhattan Corporation and Chemical Banking Corporation,
as Executive Vice President and Corporate Treasurer, Chief
Administrative Officer for its Investment Bank and various merger
integration, executive management and strategic planning positions.
Prior to her most recent tenure with JPMorgan, Ms. Guilfoile spent five
years with the private investment and merger and acquisition advisory
firm, The Beacon Group, as an owner/partner, Chief Financial Officer and
Chief Operating Officer. She continues as a partner of the investment
arm of that firm. Early in her career, Ms. Guilfoile was with Coopers &
Lybrand (now known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and Booz Allen & Hamilton,
a strategic consulting firm based in New York. She has maintained her
CPA license throughout her career.
Ms. Guilfoile currently serves on the boards of The Interpublic Group of
Companies (IPG), C.H. Robinson Worldwide (CHRW), and Hudson Ltd. (HUD).
Previously she was on the Board of Trustees of Boston College for 18
years and the board of directors of Viasys Healthcare Inc. (VAS) and
Valley National Bancorp (VLY). She continues as a Trustee Associate for
Boston College.
Ms. Guilfoile received her BS in Accounting (summa cum laude)
from Boston College Carroll School of Management in 1976 and her MBA
from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in 1984. In
September of 2001, Mary was presented with the Award for Excellence in
Commerce by Boston College.
Robert M. Dutkowsky
Robert M. (“Bob”) Dutkowsky was appointed executive chairman of Tech
Data’s board of directors in June 2018. In this role, he serves as a
strategic advisor to Tech Data’s chief executive officer (CEO),
providing support in vendor, customer and community engagement, as well
as special projects, as directed by the CEO or board. Mr. Dutkowsky
joined Tech Data Corporation in 2006 as CEO and a member of the
company’s board of directors. In June 2017, he was elected Chairman.
Under his leadership as CEO, Tech Data has transformed into a global
end-to-end IT distributor with an offerings portfolio that spans from
endpoint devices to the most advanced data center solutions and
next-generation technologies.
During his 12-year tenure, the company's revenues grew from $21 billion
