Wessendorf will oversee public relations, shareholder and management communications, the corporate and investor web site, and relationships with the professional investment community. Reporting directly to Pitney Bowes Office Systems' Chief Financial Officer, Joseph Skrzypczak, Wessendorf will be instrumental in building relationships with external business constituents and communicating the mission of the new company.

Wessendorf is a broad-gauge financial executive with domestic/international operations and corporate level experience. He has been at the forefront in proactively using technology to leverage communications with the investment community and has extensive relationships with Wall Street analysts, institutional investors and the investor relations community.

Previously, Wessendorf served as Manager, Investor Relations for Xerox Corporation where the investor relations program was recognized as the "Most Improved Large-cap Program" in 2000 by Investor Relations Magazine's Excellence in Investor Relations Awards. The Xerox investor web site, which he established and directed, has been recognized as one of the "Top 25" investor web sites every year since 1994.
